Relevant technical qualification, ideally a university degree or diploma in Building Services, Engineering, or a related field
A minimum of 4+ years’ hands-on experience using Revit MEP in a building services environment
Preferential but not essential experience:
- Experience using Navisworks & Revizto for clash detection and coordination
- Familiarity with COBie data structures and implementation for MEP systems
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards
- Dynamo script writing

Job Description
We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator (MEP) to support the coordination and digital delivery of our building services projects.
In this role, you will act as a key link between design teams, ensuring MEP models are properly coordinated, compliant with BIM standards, and effectively integrated within federated project models across RIBA Stages 1–5.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural disciplines within the federated BIM environment
Manage model exchanges, model reviews, and clash detection processes
Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, naming conventions, and information requirements
Support implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project workflows
Review model quality, data structure, and information delivery (including COBie where required)
Facilitate coordination meetings and communicate issues between design teams
Support BIM best practices, digital workflows, and automation initiatives
This role is ideal for someone with strong BIM coordination, model management, and multidisciplinary collaboration experience in building services projects.
The BIM Team:
The BIM team currently includes 6 members which include a BIM Specialist. As part of the BIM team the candidate will be working closely within project teams that typically consist of a director, electrical engineers and mechanical engineers.

Salary negotiable to suit candidate

Hours of work 08h30 to 17h00 with 1 hour for lunch

The design work varies from developing concept designs to Stage 3 for planning purposes to fully detailed design, contract and construction drawings.
The candidate will report directly to the Director. The candidate joins the company in the midst of exciting times, with a strong order book and growth opportunities. The candidate will be given the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills and ultimately manage their own projects, which will include managing a team of engineers, building physicist and technicians.
